​Shipping & Delivery

Paintucation LLC  will make every effort to accommodate shipping requests by customers, including using the shipper of their choice. Items Damaged in transit are the responsibility of the carrier. Please retain all packing materials and immediately contact the carrier (i.e., UPS, U.S. Postal Service, truck line) to file a damage claim. Please do not return damaged items to Paintucation LLC. We will, however, be happy to assist you in filing your claim with the carrier.

Orders destined for Canada:
Add 20% for shipping but not less than $15.00 for minimum shipping. Oversized items will be subject to an additional $14.00 per item. Canadian orders will be handled on an individual basis, and will require an additional 10 days for arrival based on average Canada Customs delays. Canadian customers please message us and specify CANADIAN ORDER in the comments.

Refused Shipments:  The customer is responsible for freight both ways on any shipment for which delivery is refused

Sale Items:  At no time are refunds given on items that may go on sale after purchase.

Sales Taxes:  Generally to Tennessee residents. You will be notified in the shopping cart prior to shipping to pay the applicable sales taxes for that shipment.

Returns & Replacements

Paintucation Instructional DVD’s will warranty any product against manufacturer’s defects and replace defective products free of charge to within 10 days of written notification.

Privacy: We consider the personal information you choose to share with us to be confidential. We do not share any personal or identifying information you submit through our web sites with any unaffiliated third party, unless it is necessary to respond to your inquiry or required by law.
