"The car has a built 302 ford engine, C-4 automatic with a shift kit and 2500

stall converter, going into a 1970 Dodge Demon (A-body) posi rear end

with 4.88 gears. A 1977 Mustang II front crossmember with disk brakes

and power steering. A tilt steering column out of a 1972 Oldsmobile and

Dolphin gauges. All planning, fabrication, body work, and paint, was done

by me.  My wife Donna did the interior. After completing the body

work,the car was blocked out twice with 125 grit and long boards using

guide coats, before another couple coats of surfacer then guide coated

and wet sanded with 400 grit.Then painted with 4 coats of omni base (plum

crazy purple), and 4 coats of omni clear. And of course a lot of wet

sanding, buffing, and polishing. I used all Omni products. Oh yea, by

the way, its a kick in the ass to drive!"
